Formulation & Fill

Following expansion, cells are collected and formulated for use. The batch of product is then aliquoted into desired containers.  

With the addition of the Signata platform, Sexton is providing the first truly flexible automation system for cell and gene therapy developers. Filling the gap for closed fill and formulation, the Signata CT-5 adds to the high throughput AF-500 to create a range of fill and formulation options using either our cryogenic storage container (CellSeal) or user specified containers with unlimited fill volumes.
